Marinades
Tennessee Recipes (July - Aug. 2004)
Basic Beef Marinade:
1/2 cup Wesson oil- 1/2 cup Tennessee dry red wine
- 4 tablespoons Hail Caesar Basil Dijon Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 4 cayenne peppers, cut in half
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Basic Chicken or Pork Marinade:
- 1/2 cup Wesson oil
- 1/2 cup Tennessee dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
