You will need:
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine the pineapple, sugar, and vinegar. Cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and add the peppers. Cool completely.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush with 1 cup of the jam. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serve warm with the remaining jam on the side.
Yield: 10 servings
