You will need:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Using a pastry blender or two forks, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press on bottom of a a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until edges begin to brown. remove from oven and immediately spread jam over top. Mix together remaining ingredients and spoon over top to jam. Return to oven and bake an additional 18-20 minutes or until topping is firm. Cool in pan and cut into squares or bars.
