Victoria’s Cheeseburger Meatballs

Strawberries & cream Custard

You will need:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

Preheat regular oven to 375°, convection oven to 365° In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.

Shape into meatballs: Timing

  • 10 – 2 oz. meatballs 25-30 minutes
  • 20 – 1 oz. meatballs 15-20 minutes
  • 40 – ½ oz. meatballs 12-15 minutes

Place on a Parchment or Non-stick Foil lined baking pan.

Serve with Balsamic Ketchup Dipping Sauce:

Mix 1 cup Ketchup with 1-2 ozs. of your favorite Balsamic vinegar,
Serve at room temperature.
