Finger Lickin’ Corn Sauce

You will need:

  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the corn, cream, and salt. Cook 22 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened. Serve warm over roasted pork or chicken.

Yield: 3 cups
