Additional Information: The MTSU Creamery is located in the heart of the School of Agriculture on MTSU's campus. The Creamery adds to the experiential learning of students interested in dairy science, food service, agritourism, and agribusiness. The students, who are involved in every step of the production of our products, deliver milk to the creamery from MTSU's own dairy farm. When the milk arrives at the creamery, it is lab tested, pasteurized and then homogenized. Then, it is put into 5-gallon bags for delivery to campus dining halls, as well as pints, half-gallons, and gallons for delivery to off-campus vendors.
