Additional Information: We're Angel and Brian Perhne. In 2018, we bought our 18-acre farm - while in our 40's - with blind faith and determination to live an old-fashioned life in a new-fashioned world. We are passionate about farming, cooking from scratch, producing and preserving naturally grown food, creating something from nothing, and making the old new again. As many producers, we focus on organic growing practices, but we?re also concerned about the nutritional content of our modern food supply. It?s not possible to strip our soils of healthy organisms and still grow nutrient-dense food. Therefore, we are determined to turn our mediocre soil into a living, breathing farm-hand who is willing and able to work 24/7 to produce naturally nutritious food.
