I was raised on a farm and learned to connect with nature at a young age. I had significant food allergies as a child and organic foods and natural wellness routines derived from the healthy living and eating from our farm's yield brought me back to health. As a Gen Z'er, I want to introduce my generation to farming, farming practices, healthy eating and healthy living through my products and farm classes that teach others how to grow their own food, make their own products and reconnect with the land. On our East Tennessee multi-generational farm we raise Navajo Churro Sheep, Dairy Goats, Meat Goats, Cattle, Quarter Horses and Australian Shepherds.
