Historic Collinsville
Historic Collinsville is a 40-acre pioneer settlement 15 miles outside of Clarksville that chronicles life in rural Tennessee from 1830-1870. Experience life before and after the Civil War on a self-guided tour of 18 restored log homes and outbuildings filled with authentic period furnishings and artifacts. Highlights include a Wildlife Center, School House/Church, and Children?s Bedroom. Enjoy a picnic on the grounds or under a covered pavilion. Special events throughout the year feature docents, guided tours, music, crafts, and other activities. Regular season hours are Saturdays from 11am-4pm and Sunday from 1-4pm from June through October, or other days and times for groups of six or more.
