Since 2020, we have supplied organically grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs in addition to locally grown or ethically foraged teas, spices, extracts, body care products, ferments, and more. BFF cultivates approximately four acres and stewards approximately 40 acres of woodlands, which is the home to a spring, the Bird Fork. The spring flows into the Sequatchie River and feeds the valley below. We are a Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) farm that never uses conventional pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, or GMO seeds. We seek to increase biodiversity, soil health, and living harmoniously in nature. In addition to our CNG offerings, we also offer on-farm educational and community workshops and events geared towards herbalism, homesteading, foraging, meditation, and other nature-based skills. We host regular volunteer days and partner with many local restaurants, bakeries, co-ops, and more.
