Twin Bridge Farm
With Spring Creek meandering thru our beautiful 40 acre farm it is not difficult to find a spot to relax and enjoy nature. We moved to Waverly in 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed starting our small farm. We grow approximately 100 pounds of gourmet mushrooms each week. King oysters, shiitake, Reishi, Maitake, and cinnamon caps and are just a few of the varieties. The science is amazing that goes into growing a fungus... In addition to growing mushrooms, we have a fruit tree orchard and lavender field started. We expect things to look a lot different in the next couple years as these develop. If that wasn't enough, we have also planted a 1 acre vineyard with Cabernet, Merlot and Cab Franc. We can't wait to bottle our first vintage in two years! Finally, since this is such a special property, we have opened an AirBNB to allow guests to share in our little slice of paradise. We invite you to get away from the hustle and bustle and stay in our private cottage.
