Additional Information: We are Cody and Megan Wisecarver. A young married couple trying to make a living farming. We provide farm raised beef and chicken to our community in Hamblen County. We started out by selling quarter, half, and whole beefs. We had a lot of people tell us they would purchase from us but they didn't have the freezer space for that large of a quantity. So we decided to start selling USDA inspected individual cuts of beef. One thing that sets us apart from others that sell beef is that we raise the calves out of our own stock (from birth to harvest), and we also grow our own corn and corn silage to feed to our beefs. Just this year we started raising and selling chicken. We receive the chicks as 1 day old chicks and raise them on pasture until harvest. We process the chicken ourselves and offer whole birds, breast meat, leg quarters, tenders, legs, thighs, wings, and livers. We are known for our hard work and dedication to providing high quality meat to our community.
