Additional Information: Gizzard Creek Farm is a beautiful place with edible forest and medicinal gardens. Set atop the South Cumberland Plateau, home to flora and fauna found no where else in the World. We steward this land using holistic practices of sustainable, environmentally sound land use and the building of stable communities, through the harmonious interrelationship of humans, plants, animals and the Earth. By this definition, this system necessitates that our conduct is centered on the good of people, animals, and Nature. We grow Asian Pears, asparagus, berries (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry and goumi berry) Herbals (culinary, tea and medicinal) we carry single tinctures and focus on detox promoting herbs. We have eggs (chicken, duck, quail), and many plants for sale. Summer time we have the normal garden fare, and several unique and rare fruits and vegetables will be coming soon!
