Additional Information: Iron Wolf Ranch, situated near Shelbyville, Tennessee in Bedford County, is dedicated to raising premium Scottish Highland Cattle, Angus Cattle, and Berkshire/Blue Butt pigs. Our mission is to produce high-quality livestock that ensures excellent meat for your table. In partnership with Do Over Farm, we began our Scottish Highland Cattle program in 2020. Our breeding strategy focuses on producing healthy, productive calves with a high meat-to-bone ratio. We currently have approximately 12 Highland cattle, most friendly, though a few are more independent. Iron Wolf Ranch typically offers calves for purchase in late spring and fall, as we breed year-round. Our recent venture into raising Angus cattle and Berkshire/Blue Butt pigs is driven by the superior quality of their meat. We conduct butchering operations at least four times a year, selling directly from the farm. Occasionally, we also have Angus calves and piglets available for sale. Our website features online ordering for beef and pork, available in whole, half, quarters, packages, or individual cuts. Additionally, we host an annual farm day event each spring, providing a fun-filled day for children with activities such as horseback rides, hay rides, baby goats, calves, pigs, and face painting.
