Flatford Flower Farm - Johnnie B. Blooms

What was originally a private flower patch planted to bring me joy through some health challenges this year has transitioned into a family venture to now publicly share a little of that joy with all of our family, friends, and community. Our hopes are to provide affordable locally grown cut flower bundles/bouquets through pop- up sales, offer on site U-Pick sessions, and collaborate with local photographers. Our flower field is nestled in the Lone Mountain community of rural Claiborne County. This land was originally purchased in 1952 by my Grandad, Johnnie Benjamin Mitchell, known by most as Mr. J.B. Mitchell. The logo Johnnie B. Blooms was created to honor him during this project and to act as a bridge to connect past and future generations to the farm.
