Additional Information: We are the most famous and the original Goat Yoga in Nashville and Tennessee. We are located a short drive just south of Nashville in the beautiful hills of middle Tennessee. Not only do we have goats but other sweet animals and farm animals to mingle with as well. Our classes are fun for any age and no yoga experience is required. In fact most people who attend have never done a yoga class in their life so we offer a a stress free, laughter filled experience, all the while getting in a beginner yoga session. After the yoga portion we offer goat cuddles and as many photo ops as your heart desires.
