Additional Information: I began baking homemade sourdough in 2024, and then I began offering it to my community in January, 2025. I make all of my breads from high-quality ingredients and am proud to be able to offer artisan style sourdough for reasonable prices for the average family who wants to be able to afford higher quality foods for their families. I run a cottage bakery from my home and am proud of my products— my children get to see their mom (who homeschools them while also caring for our home) create a business, and that is something I never thought could be possible for me. I’m going to be teaching a sourdough workshop at a local high school in the next few weeks; I plan to teach the students and the local community that every Tennessean can be equipped with the skills and the know-how to add value to their community. I am humbled that people choose to feed their families and loved-ones bread that I carefully create and bake for their betterment and enjoyment. It is a blessing to do something I enjoy so much for others.
