We specialize in pasture-raised eggs and gourmet mushrooms, grown with a commitment to sustainability and quality. Our laying hens are raised on pasture in mobile coops, producing fresh, flavorful eggs that are gathered daily, refrigerated on-farm, and packaged for direct-to-consumer sales, restaurants, and groceries. We also cultivate specialty mushrooms in controlled grow rooms, ensuring consistent year-round harvests for our customers. SCSB Farms stands out because we combine traditional farming values with modern, efficient practices. We believe in keeping food dollars local, supporting other Tennessee farmers for feed and supplies, and delivering the highest quality farm products to our community. We are conveniently located near Church Hill, just off US-11W, providing easy access for local customers as well as wholesale buyers in Kingsport, Johnson City, and Elizabethton.
