Additional Information: Andy returned to his native home in Maryville, TN after 24 years of service in the U.S. Army - this time with his wife (also a U.S. Army Veteran) and three daughters. Andy and Sarah felt a strong desire to continue serving their community and other veterans, while building strong relationships and providing nutritious and high quality food. The establishment of Swords 2 Plows Farm represents that transition from war 2 peace in a new adventure of regenerative agriculture. We are excited to work with the land in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains to bring the flavors of East Tennessee to market and share knowledge, produce and experiences with our Volunteer neighbors.
