Additional Information: We are a third generation stone ground grist mill, located just two miles from downtown Jonesborough. We grow and buy local non-GMO corn that is ground on a 1930s Meadow Stone Mill. We also have a 1916 stone mill that we set up at events for educational purposes. The stationary mill is set up for food grade cornmeal, grits and corn flour. We also have other mills that we are working on and hope to provide wheat and other varieties of grain in the future.
