Additional Information: Started my product line in 1988, with the first product being my Steak Marinade and Seasoning. Just too many people requesting the product to take home locally and the guest traveling through Lawrenceburg and stopping at the Lantern for Lunch and Dinner. Found a bottler and went from there. My Honey Mustard Salad Dressing recipe was the second product. Since then, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to open five additional restaurants and at the same time expand the line of Johnny Fleeman Products. My recipes are tried and true, used daily in my own restaurants and others as well. Not a product we did in an R&D kitchen.
