For over half a century, our family has stewarded this 40-acre property next to the Cherokee National Forest, cultivating a deep connection between our community and the mountain landscape. Our farm is dedicated to preserving Appalachian heritage through the production of heirloom seeds, local plant medicines, and heritage orchard fruits. We honor our history—including a 100-year watershed contract with our town—by continuing the sustainable harvest of native botanicals. We are moving into the future by integrating my children into the labor and love of the land, ensuring our traditional mountain culture and medicinal knowledge thrive for another 50 years.
