Additional Information: Panther Creek State park covers approximately 1,435 acres and is located on the shores of the Cherokee Reservoir approximately 45 miles north of the Great Smoky Mountains. There are 15 miles of equestrian trails at Panther Creek State Park located in beautiful Morristown, TN. Currently there are no camping facilities on the trails. You must have Coggins on your horse. Horse trailers must use the parking area off Panther Creek Road just to the west of Boat Ramp Road.
