Trillium Ridge Farm is a 65 acre farm located in beautiful Blount County, aka "The Grass Factory" where we raise 100+ head of registered Katahdin Hair Sheep, Nubian Dairy goats, registered and commercial Angus Beef cattle, and a flock of multi-breed, naturally raised poultry. Managing our pastures in multiple paddocks by high-density rotational grazing and minimally feeding a custom blended grain has become the main focus of our operation. In doing so, we have helped create an arena where our genetically superior livestock can produce hearty breeding stock, as well as delicious table fare.
