Additional Information: With health and nutrition in mind, Wilson Family Farm grows a variety of vegetables including arugula, basil, beans (haricot vert), beets, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, eggplant, kale, leeks, lettuce, okra, onions, peppers (sweet & hot), potatoes, radishes, snow peas, squash, sweet potatoes, Swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips (Japanese), and zucchini. Our vegetables and cut flowers are sold through a CSA and at the East TN F.A.R.M. market at Jackson Square in Oak Ridge (Saturday). 20 Member CSA, and begins in late May. The CSA runs for 10 weeks. We also do a drop off on Thursday's at Knoxville Christian Center: 818 N. Cedar Bluff Rd. Knoxville, TN Pick up at this location is from 5:00-6:00 pm
