Barbecue Chicken Salad

You will need:
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
3/4 cup black beans, drained
3/4 cup whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup hickory-smoked barbecue sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Bowl-shaped tortilla chips
Fresh cilantro for garnish

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chips and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. To serve, spoon chicken salad into tortilla chips and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Yield: 31/2 cups
