Marinades

You will need:

Basic Beef Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1/2 cup Tennessee dry red wine
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves, julienned
  • 4 tablespoons vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 4 cayenne peppers, cut in half
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Basic Chicken or Pork Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1/2 cup Tennessee dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Marinades on steak

Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
