Brown Buttered Corn
You will need:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Let it foam and brown in the skillet without stirring, about 4 to 5 minutes. When the butter is brown, add the corn, salt, and pepper. Cook 4 minutes longer, stirring constantly until the corn is tender. Serve warm.
