Victoria's Cheeseburger Meatballs
You will need:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Preheat regular oven to 375°, convection oven to 365° In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
Shape into meatballs: Timing
10 – 2 oz. meatballs 25-30 minutes
20 – 1 oz. meatballs 15-20 minutes
40 – ½ oz. meatballs 12-15 minutes
Place on a Parchment or Non-stick Foil lined baking pan.
Serve with Balsamic Ketchup Dipping Sauce:
Mix 1 cup Ketchup with 1-2 ozs. of your favorite Balsamic vinegar,
Serve at room temperature.
