Garrison Valley Farms is a collaboration between two families in Bedford County. Both families farm land that has been their families for 100+ years. We direct market our beef raised on our farms. Our cattle have excellent genetics, roam on approximately 3000 acres and are bred for superior taste, marbling and tenderness. We do not use steroids or therapeutic antibiotics. Our meat is dry aged, minimally processed by a USDA processing facility and vacuum packaged.
