We have a variety of seasonal food: Smokin' Oaks select meats i.e. sausage(bratwurst, andouille, chorizo), brisket, pork chops, thick cut bacon, Hatcher Family Dairy Cream Top milk, Sourdough bread, Sequatchie Cove Creamery cheese, local/organic seasonal produce, tempeh (soybeans sourced from Windy Acres Farm) , fermented kraut, kombucha, coconut kefir, milk kefir, sourdough starter, organic bulk foods (stone ground grits, hard winter wheat berries, wheat flour), house-made kimchi (made with all locally sourced veggies), and much more!
