Radford's Cattle offers grass fed beef, which is all natural, available in wholes, halves, quarter at $1.50 on the hoof. Bring Home Price = Beef + Processing = $5.05/lb. All grind (best steaks, best roasts) hamburger is sold by the pound at $6.00 per pound.
The beef breed available is Corriente, a medium framed animal with a great disposition, low in saturated fat, and low in cholesterol. Corriente beef is also tasty and tender.

We do not grind burger meat, but we can teach you how to grind your own meat. we raise our own calves and most never see a vaccine because we keep them so clean that bacteria doesn't grow.
