Additional Information: The Market Square Farmers Market is an open-air market held in the heart of downtown Knoxville on historic Market Square. All items sold are grown or made by the vendor within 150 miles of Knoxville. Offerings vary by season and may include fresh produce, eggs, honey, herbs, pasture-raised meats, bread, baked goods, salsas, coffee, artisan crafts, and more. The market is a lively, family-friendly destination surrounded by local shops and restaurants, with interactive fountains and delicious local food. Nourish Knoxville accepts EBT/SNAP at all our markets and doubles SNAP benefits up to $20 per day through the Double Up Food Bucks program, redeemable for fruits and vegetables. Free Nourish Kids activities take place every 2nd Saturday, including Produce Bucks for children to spend on fresh produce or food-producing plants. Our Nourish Moves walking club, available on Wednesdays, also rewards participants with Produce Bucks. *Note: There is no market on the last Saturday in November.
