Hexagon Brewing Company
Hexagon opened for business April 21, 2017 under brewmaster Stephen Apking in Fountain City. The brewery features a 20-barrel production and 3.5-barrel pilot system with a Taproom and kitchen that is open 7 days a week at 1002 Dutch Valley Drive. We also self-distribute our beers to taps at bars and restaurants around Knoxville. Our balanced line-up of malt forward beers have begun to stand out around town with our Sexy Cat American Pale Ale taking the lead as our most popular beer. Alter Ego Alt Bier, Carl's Dunkelweizen and Skinny D Kolsch have also stood out as notable smooth, easy-drinking ales. In addition, we experiment with local ingredients with beers like our Benton's Smoked Bacon Porter and Aunt Mina's Spiced Sweet Potato beer, and Smokin' Goat Smoked Pepper Red Ale. Our well-rounded list of brews makes sure we always have a beer for you!
