Additional Information: Holleman's Bend is a multiple use primitive area offering visitors to Cordell Hull Lake the opportunity to experience the wilds of the Upper Cumberland. In addition to a paved boat ramp the area offers primitive non-designated camping near the lake shore and access to an extensive system. The trails are designed for riders on horseback who seek more than 20 miles to explore. For experienced hikers the horse trails are an extremely strenuous journey through wooded, rolling hills. Trails can be accessed at the trailhead located adjacent to TN-53N or where Holleman's Bend Road comes to an end.

Take I-40 to the Carthage exit, then Highway 53 to Granville. The trail entrance is beside the road just past Granville. There is a parking area here or you can turn left off Highway 54, go about 5 miles to the entrance for both trails and a primitive camping ground.
