Our small batch cheeses are made on the farm right here in Giles County, Tennessee with milk produced by our Grade A Dairy. After owning and operating our dairy for almost 25 years, we now boast a brand new, state of the art, permitted and inspected processing facility where our artisan cheese-makers hand craft our cheeses from custom recipes. We have bottled milk, and a whole cream line that includes chocolate, strawberry and other flavorings. We are continuing our legacy of providing the highest quality products by taking ownership of the entire process, from growing our own feed, to cow care and comfort, and offering a finished product on the farm.
