We are a small batch manufacturer based out of Smyrna, TN where we make gourmet protein bars, muffins, and cheesecakes in our own 2000sq ft manufacturing facility. We currently carry a keto line as well as a vegan line and are working on expanding into a low fat, low calorie line as well as a savory line.
We have certified shelf life data from Food Microbiological Laboratories, Inc. for our expiration dates and use a nitrogen flush packaging machine which extends the shelf life of our products without compromising the product with sugars and preservatives. Our keto line is gluten-free, sugar-free, low carb and high in protein, and our vegan line is gluten-free, all-natural, plant-based and high protein.
