Additional Information: My wife and I own and operate Holiday Routine Farms. I recently retired from active duty Navy and my wife is still active duty. We are new farmer's. Our crops in three different types of media. 1) soil with Cinderite (OMRI soil amendment from a volcano). 2) compost and Cinderite in raised beds and fabric grow bags. 3) Deep Water Culture / Hydroponics with OMRI fertilizer and Cinderite. Other than crops, we have 8 chickens in a 400 sq ft run, jams and jellies are homemade. I'm a graduate from the formerly named Veteran's Sustainable Agriculture Training (VSAT) Program (hydroponics) currently known as Archi's Institute of Sustainable Agriculture (AISA) offered by Archi's Acre's and Cal-Poly Pomona. I recently completed in in-person craft butchery course offered by Fleisher's Craft Butchery in Brooklyn, New York. Membership: Farmer Veteran's Coalition - Tennessee Chapter, Military Order of the Purple Heart, VFW - Lifetime, DAV, and Fiber Optics Association.
