Our snack bars have 11g protein and are available in Chocolate Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter & Jelly. Our protein cookies have 12g protein and are available in Chocolate Chip, Lemon Shortbread and Snickerdoodle.

Grab The Gold has a unique founder's story. In 1990 Danielle Ontiveros was a 16-year-old searching for a breakfast alternative. She created the recipe for the original snack bar in one night and started selling the bars the next day. She grew her business as a homeschooled teenager in the New Orleans area where she lived at the time. In 2005, she lost her home in Hurricane Katrina. She received an outpouring of love and support from customer in the Nashville area begging her to make Grab The Gold a local brand. The business has grown tremendously as a Franklin-based brand, expanding to thousands of retailers across the country. The company has a heart for providing training and jobs to veterans, single moms, and senior citizens. Ontiveros has run her business debt-free for over 30 years by learning the lessons each day brings. She delights in giving back, whether volunteering or making donations.
Grab The Gold gives a portion of every product sold to help those in the community with food insecurity. We give back over 40,000 meals per year. Grab The Gold is good food made by good people for a greater good!
