We built a USDA Inspected Kitchen in October of 2017. The kitchen was built in mind of canning our two large gardens to offer locally grown canned products and fresh produce at our local farmers market in Franklin County. The kitchen is in good use during the summer months when the gardens are coming in, but not so much during the winter. We added the Sweet Shoppe to continue a full calendar year usage of the kitchen. The sweet shop offers decorative sugar cookies, cupcakes, pies, fresh pies, cobblers and in season vegetable casseroles. We also offer year round pimento cheese, and chicken salad. We do not have a store front, all our products are available on Saturday Mornings at the Franklin County Farmers Market.
