Harvest
We are a "farm to table" restaurant in Knoxville TN. We use local and regional products as much as possible. We change the menu quite frequently in order to use as much fresh and local products as we can. We currently use Benton's Bacon and Country Ham, Sweetwater Valley Cheeses, Cruze Farm Dairy, Sequatchie Cove Cheeses, and whatever local produce we can get from the Knoxville Farmers Market (when in season).
