Roark's Meat Market was founded in 2020 with the goal of providing fresh, locally raised meat for our community. The cattle are raised on the 6th generation farm in the Galen community of Macon County. Cattle are grass fed and finished on a non GMO grain diet without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. Hogs are all raised locally on a century farm in Macon County, TN. All meat is processed at local USDA processing facilities and delivered fresh with no added preservatives. We work hard to provide you with high quality, farm to table meat
