We raise purebred Gelbvieh beef cattle, they are the other half of a Balancer (Gelbvieh/Angus). Our animal are always out on pasture, not just the last few days to meet the minimum of grass fed. We do offer minimal grain in last 60 days as are incredibly lean. Processed in a USDA certified facility, they dry age quarters for 2 weeks before packaging. Farm is currently in the process of USDA Organic certification. We also have pasture eggs from Heritage chickens and occasionally replacement heifers available.
