We have been making Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly since the summer of 2016. We started making our pepper jelly after a trip to Jamaica and falling in love with Jamaican Jerk Chicken. We wanted to make our own Jamaican Jerk Sauce, but could not find scotch bonnet peppers anywhere. So, we decided to grow our own. The result: more peppers than what we knew to do with. So I thought, "I bet this would be a great pepper jelly!" And it turned out I was right! We started out making our regular Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly (mild and hot) to making many other delicious varieties. We have added these fruits and spices to our scotch bonnet pepper jelly: Peach, Blackberry, Strawberry, Mango, Jamaican Jerk, and many more!
