Gina’s Italian Cuisine

I am a singer/songwriter &recording artist with 11 blues and Americana albums under my belt, as well as a first generation Italian-American, dual citizen and bilingual lover of Italian Cuisine. Leading up to the 2020 pandemic I had big plans of touring and releasing new music, which all got put on hold while I quarantined alone in my East Nashville apartment. Around that time, my love of cooking began to blossom, and I spent hours upon hours in the kitchen, nourishing this passion for cooking and sharing photos, videos, live-streaming tutorials, and recipes with friends online. In March 2021, this evolved into a full-fledged business when I launched Ginas Italian Cuisine and beyond dabbling in different areas of the food world, including catering, farmers markets, special events, pop-ups and developing consumer package goods. Through trial and error, research, and experimentation, I realized one thing missing from the world of Italian CPG is a product that?s keto friendly. I am excited to have officially launched my jarred keto friendly Sweet Tomato Basil Sauce to coincide with my low carb Italian frozen & grab-n-go entrees. I?m thrilled that my pandemic side hustle and creative outlet during a difficult time has blossomed into what it is today, and I?m proud to have done it right here in Nashville, Tennesssee!
