Additional Information: We are a small, family-owned and operated vegetable and herb farm located in the rural area of Gallatin, TN. Through our love of gardening, cooking and growing all varieties of peppers, we created our signature small batch product, Hot Pepper Finishing Salt. The product is a seasonal blend of dehydrated sweet, mild and hot peppers, which we start from seed and grow in our large garden. We then add kosher salt to the pepper blend to complete the product. Affectionately referred to as, "Salt and Pepper's Third Wheel", the finishing salt can be used to add spice and flavor to any food. We also have a "Smoked” version of the finishing salt, as well as our "Devil's Cut" version, which is a blend of all the seasonal peppers that we did not include in our original blend. As a result of the variance of pepper blends, The Devil’s Cut version has added heat from some of the hottest types of peppers we grow.
