My name is Elena D. Popescu-Pop, owner of GREENS AND MUSHROOMS of Millersville. We are proud to present to you our vertical farm located in Millersville, Tennessee, where we cultivate all year round a vibrant variety of organic microgreens and gourmet mushrooms, bursting with flavor and packed with essential vitamins , minerals, and antioxidants. They are fresh, and harvested the morning of the day we bring them to you. We are deeply invested in sustainable practices that minimize the environmental footprint. The water we use for our plants consists of a combination of a 2000-gallon aquaponics system together with the 1600-gallon rainwater harvesting system and atmosphere condensation water collection.
