Our laying hens are raised on pasture in mobile coops, producing fresh, flavorful eggs that are gathered daily, refrigerated on-farm, and packaged for direct-to-consumer sales, restaurants, and groceries. We also cultivate specialty mushrooms in controlled grow rooms, ensuring consistent year-round harvests for our customers.
