Additional Information: We focus on one thing: freshly milled flour. All of our products are certified organic, stone-ground whole-grain flours, milled in small batches as close to pickup as possible. Nothing is sifted or stabilized, and nothing is added or removed. What you receive is the whole grain, exactly as it's meant to be, freshly milled. Most flour available to home bakers has been sitting for weeks or even months before it's used. Freshly milled flour is different. It retains its natural oils and flavor, and many customers notice the difference immediately in how it smells, tastes, and performs in baking. We offer a rotating selection of flours, including soft and hard white whole wheat, spelt, rye, einkorn, and buckwheat, along with blue corn stone-ground cornmeal, blue corn grits, and dehydrated sourdough starter made with freshly milled flour. Availability varies based on sourcing schedules, so feel free to reach out to see what's currently in stock. Pickup is in Brentwood, Tennessee, near the intersection of Concord Road and Nolensville Road. Because the flour is freshly milled, we recommend storing it in the freezer to keep it at its best. We're always happy to answer questions about different flours, storage, and baking, especially for those new to working with fresh or whole-grain flour.
