We raise Purebred Berkshire hogs and a few Landrace Berkshire cross hogs. Our animals are raised outsiden. We process all of our products in a facility located on our farm and we are inspected by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We do not use preservatives or MSG in any of our products.
We offer mild or hot breakfast sausage, pork chops, pork loin, ribs, pork roast, tenderloin, handmade Bratwurst, handmade Italian and handmade Chorizo.
We are open Thursdays from 3pm-6pm, Fridays from 1pm-6pm and Saturdays from 12pm-5pm. Call ahead orders are also welcome!
